• Use Folio for illegal activities
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the service
• Scrape or automate access beyond intended API usage
• Resell or redistribute Folio content

Intellectual Property

Content from PubMed and other sources is attributed to original authors. You retain ownership of notes and content you create. Folio retains rights to the platform software and design.

Limitation of Liability

Folio is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for research decisions made based on summaries or data provided by the service.

Account Termination

We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Delaware law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
